 UNIT-3 Some Common Yogasanas in Practice 1. Tadasana (Mountain Pose) Description: Tadasana is a basic standing pose and the foundation for many other asanas. It involves standing upright with feet together, hands by the side or stretched overhead, and the body aligned straight.
